Chantelle Ibanez, Office Manager
Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Chantelle brings over 20 years of customer service and management experience to the Center for Better Balance. As our dedicated office manager, she's the friendly face that keeps everything running smoothly—from scheduling appointments to making sure each patient feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Chantelle has a true passion for helping others and takes pride in making sure every patient feels seen, supported, and at ease. Her journey with the Center for Better Balance began long before she joined the team—she was a patient of Dr. Mike's for many years, which gives her a deep understanding of the care and compassion that defines the practice.
When she's not at the front desk, you'll find her in the mountains tearing up the trails on her 4-wheeler, cruising the streets on her Can-Am Ryker, or spending time with her three beloved pit bulls. A fan of fast cars and Colorado's outdoor lifestyle, she brings energy and enthusiasm into everything she does.
